Condizioni di annullamento

In case of cancellation, we will charge as follows:

  • 100% of total for bookings cancelled 2 days or less prior to the date of arrival.
  • 70% of total for booking changes during the course of the stay.
Room cancellations are only valid in written form. In case of late arrival or early departure we also need to charge you for the cancelled nights.

Arrival and Departure

Your room will be ready for you from 2 pm on. We kindly ask you to vacate it until 11 am on the day of your departure.

Non-smoking hotel

In Italy, smoking is forbidden by law in all public places. As Thermal hotel we ask our guests to smoke only on the balconies.

Wi-Fi Internet

In the rooms and the entrance hall, the use of our WLAN is free.
